AI Meets Fashion | Haus of Creators Foundation x Dine with Dez at NYFW

On September 16th, the Haus of Creators Foundation, led by Founder & President Venus Rose, hosted its exclusive AI Fashion Dinner in partnership with Dine with Dez, The Fashion Tech Exec, and Broken Shaker NYC.

The evening united 25 leaders from fashion, technology, media, and finance for a dialogue-driven dinner exploring how artificial intelligence is transforming creativity. Moderated by Kimberly Morgan, Founder of The Fashion Tech Exec, the fireside chat featured Michael Ferraro (FIT DTech Lab), Venus Rose (Haus of Creators, A.I. Sector), and Rachel Sterling (The Pattern Maker).

Panelists unpacked the evolving relationship between design and data, discussing ethics, sustainability, digital assets, and how creators can harness AI without losing authenticity. Guests from brands like David Yurman and Kenneth Cole, alongside investors and AI startups, joined the conversation over curated cocktails and an intimate dinner.

As Venus Rose shared, “This dinner was about building meaningful bridges between the worlds of creativity and technology. As AI transforms the creator economy, it’s essential that diverse voices and innovators have a seat at the table.”

The event—supported by Don Ramos Tequila, Jordan Wines, Vodka by Saintwoods, and Peroni—captured the spirit of collaboration and innovation that defines Dine with Dez.

The New Vanguard Dinner | Dine with Dez x NORR Kitchen x JED Foundation | Los Angeles

Following the success of our pre-Met Gala celebration in May, Dine with Dez officially made its Los Angeles debut with “The New Vanguard Dinner”—a fine dining experience co-hosted by NORR Kitchen in partnership with The Jed Foundation during Suicide Awareness Month.

Held at the Level Rooftop Penthouse, this powerful evening celebrated Hollywood’s rising stars and changemakers, while spotlighting the importance of mental health and connection within the entertainment industry.

Hosted by Desmond Sam and Ramses Rubio of Dine with Dez alongside Christiann Koepke and Cory Marcus, cofounders of NORR Kitchen, the night gathered an inspiring guest list including Christian Dennis, Kendrick Sampson, Alana Hadid, Shaun Ross, Olly Sholotan, Bby Afrika, Davis Bates, and many more.

The atmosphere buzzed with warmth, purpose, and artistry as guests enjoyed a curated multi-course menu and meaningful conversation. Throughout the night, The Jed Foundation’s mission—to empower young adults and protect mental health—was shared through materials and dialogue, reminding everyone that vulnerability and support are vital in creative spaces.

Reflecting on the evening, Desmond Sam shared,
“LA has always had such an electric energy to me and played a huge part in my growth as a creative. Bringing my dining series to the west coast just seemed so kismet and the timing was perfect. Every pioneer in the room helped paint the vibrant picture of what the future of Hollywood looks like.”

It was a night that beautifully captured the essence of Dine with Dez: fostering community, inspiring conversation, and celebrating the people shaping culture’s next chapter.

From the runways of New York to the rooftops of Los Angeles, Dine with Dez continues to evolve as a global movement powered by conversation, connection, and culture.

“Dine With Dez”, is conceptualized by Desmond Sam an experiential event producer, publicist, and entrepreneur from NYC with co-producer-partnership and experiential creative, Ramses Rubio. This collaboration began simply as an idea to elevate how we experience each other. We’ve noticed that it wasn’t nightlife as in clubs or parties that stimulated us in comparison to breaking bread with like-minded creatives. As we start with these intimate installments we will continue to build our community and broaden the conversations needed for a brighter tomorrow!
